My, we have been busy!

What another action packed week we have had!

The Rabbits have been looking at their families and have put lots of effort into creating their very own family trees!

The Dragonflies have been investigating habitats this week.  The habitat that they have been looking at in particular is the Artic.  The Dragonflies made their very own Artic cookies with snow on top!  The children have been working hard on their cooking skills and are becoming expert mixers, sifters and rollers.

The Otters have had their imagination well and truly captured in Literacy.  They are reading "The Invention of Hugo Cabret."  The children are eager to read more!

I wonder what is in store for the children next week!

The Rabbits have been making life size portraits of themselves!  The children have done such a great job, they look just like them!  The rabbits have also had a new addition to their classroom, the topic tent!  Doesn't it look exciting?

The Dragonflies have been a busy bunch this week!  They have made their very own jellyfish, they put lots of effort into it and the jellyfish are looking super.

The Otters have been getting musical this week!  They have been listening to Mars from the "Planet Suite."  From that, they have drawn their own musical scores.  They had a lot of fun and they look brilliant!.

Thank you for you donations for Jeans for Genes day, we hope the children enjoyed swapping their school trousers and skirts for their jeans!
